Our Purpose

Our Purpose is to invest in & partner with companies to improve operational margins, maximized shareholder value & enable high growth. Through implementing Lean practices & pragmatic Technology, we streamlining operations, eliminate waste and reducing the stress that hinders business productivity

Our methodology, distinct for its practicality over theoretical constructs, is composed of four core components:

  • Lean Training
  • Strategic Business Modeling
  • Objective and Key Results (OKR)
  • Integration of Industry -leading best practices

Our Methodology

Lean Training

The initial phase involves the adoption of Lean principles, essential for the business's enduring transformation. This stage is designed to:
  • Enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Facilitate employee endorsement of the company's long-term vision
  •  Secure early victories to garner employee support
  • Liberate managerial bandwidth for strategic undertakings
  •  Initiate immediate cost recovery
  • Eliminate unprofitable business facets previously grounded in empirical data
  • Highlight areas ripe for enhancement
  • Establish a reference point for current business performance through key metrics

Strategic Business Modelling

Upon the culmination of Lean training and with a clear understanding of the current business state, we engage in a strategic workshop employing the "Playing To Win" framework. This collaborative effort maps the business's optimal trajectory, identifying mid to long-term objectives and the strategies to achieve them.

 Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)

Post-workshop, we establish annual OKRs, segmented quarterly, ensuring leadership alignment and clarity on the "roadmap to success." This step is crucial in steering the business towards accelerated and enduring growth.

 Integration of Industry-Leading Best Practices

Based on the defined OKRs, we identify the need for constructing, revamping, or solidifying specific departments and processes. By adopting proven best practices, we bypass extensive research, transitioning directly into training, execution, and change management stages, all tailored for sustainable expansion.
